About the event
This 6 week series will focus on strengthening and releasing muscles of the back body so that we can increase range of motion, find stability and work on relieve pain. Conditions this class may help to support include sciatica, low back/shoulder pain, SI joint dysfunction, arthritis and osteoporosis.
There are 2 types of tickets you can purchase: 1 ticket will be for in-person classes at the Talkoot Wellness Studio and 1 ticket will be if you wish to participate in this series online
