About the event
This 6 week series will focus on strengthening and releasing muscles of the back body so that we can increase range of motion, find stability and work on relieve pain. Â Conditions this class may help to support include sciatica, low back/shoulder pain, SI joint dysfunction, arthritis and osteoporosis. Â
There are 2 types of tickets you can purchase: 1 ticket will be for in-person classes at the Talkoot Wellness Studio and 1 ticket will be if you wish to participate in this series online
