New Moon Ceremony and Yoga Practice

New Moons are a great time to set intentions and come together in community.  We will have a discussion about New Moon rituals that you can incorporate into your life and take some time to write down what we want to call in for our lives.  We will have time to connect and discuss what we're looking to call in and then will have a gentle yoga practice that is themed for welcoming in our intentions.

Mats and tea will be provided.  Please bring a journal or something to write with
