About the event
This 6 week series will take place online via zoom and will focus on learning strategies to help manage symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression. Each class in the series will focus on a different educational point such as the autonomic nervous system, the subconscious, yogic principals and the energetic body. We will go over different modalities to help with stress and anxiety reduction and cultivating a sense of compassion and joy in daily life. These modalities may include discussions with others in the group in order to create a sense of community, movement that is accessible to all bodies, breathwork, meditation and journaling.
I am offering 2 different tiers for this program:
-The first tier will consist of 6 weekly 60 minute classes. These classes will be recorded so that you can utilize them again in the future and for those who cannot attend live. The first tier will also consist of a private group on facebook for those who wish to connect more regularly throughout the duration of the program. I will also be offering access to the material we cover via handouts/slides so you can go over them at a later time if you wish.
-The second tier will consist of everything that is in the first tier as well as 3 bi-weekly private sessions with me. These individual sessions can help you go further in this work and will be customized to meet your specific goals and needs. These sessions may consist of movement, breathwork, meditation and reiki healing. Spaces in tier 2 are limited to ensure I have time to meet with all participants bi-weekly
