Yoga and Sound Bath at Ojibway

We are hosting another event at Ojibway! The last event was a beautiful experience and we're looking forward to hosting another! Join us for a gentle movement practice that will lead into a relaxing and releasing sound bath!

I will have a few mats to lend out but please bring your own if you have one

For the sound bath, try to get as comfy as possible. We recommend bringing pillows, blankets, bolsters or anything else you need to lay comfortably for 45 minutes or so : ) 

There is parking at the entrance to the island (cars can't drive around the entire thing anymore)
